President Obama has done it again.

With his unconstitutional executive amnesty, he wins no matter what – just like he did in his fake War on Women. Think about it. If Obama’s amnesty cannot be stopped by Republicans, he will have brought in millions of potential new voters while enlarging the permanent underclass that Democrats must have to stay in power. If Republicans find a way to stop him, he will go to the Hispanic community and tell them that the GOP hates them. So Obama either gets boatloads of new Democrats or he whips up resentment against his political enemies.

Remember, the only job this guy has ever held outside of government is that of community organizer. He learned the trade well, and he’s never stopped. He’s found another issue to exploit – and it’s possible, even likely that he wins again. Face it Americans – you’ve been Grubered.

In Texas, top officials reacted swiftly and angrily in these statements provided to WBDaily by Texas Insider.org:

First the reaction of Attorney General and governor-elect Greg Abbott:

“President Obama has circumvented Congress and deliberately bypassed the will of the American people, eroding the very foundation of our nation’s Constitution and bestowing a legacy of lawlessness. Texans have witnessed firsthand the costs and consequences caused by President Obama’s dictatorial immigration policy and now we must work together toward a solution in fixing our broken immigration system. Following tonight’s pronouncement, I am prepared to immediately challenge President Obama in court, securing our state’s sovereignty and guaranteeing the rule of law as it was intended under the Constitution.”

And this from Governor Rick Perry, a possible candidate for the GOP presidential nomination:

“In Texas we know firsthand the problems brought by illegal immigration and bad federal policy. As we saw with the tens of thousands of unaccompanied minors who came across the border, a bad policy led to children being put at risk. The president’s decision tonight will lead to more illegal immigration, not less. It is time for the president and Congress to secure our border, followed by meaningful reforms. There is no more time for political grandstanding.”

And now, may we address the President’s justification for taking his action – “tortured” reasoning which has been parroted by left-wingers who support this unconstitutional act. Mr. Obama says he HAD to do it because Congress failed to act. Congress did not do what he wanted it to do. However, when Congress fails to act, that in itself is a statement. It means “no.” When the Framers drew up the Constitution, they made it hard to pass legislation and they made it that way on purpose.

There is no article in the Constitution that grants power to a president because Congress doesn’t act.

This is like going in a new car dealership and asking them to give you a free car. They don’t, and so you decide to simply steal one. The act of stealing is still illegal. The President of the United States committed a crime last night on Univision, Telemundo, FOX News and other cable outlets just as if he’d stolen a car. If we had a real attorney general, Obama would face consequences. But we don’t, and the American people have been Grubered.
