In a five to four ruling, Supreme Court justices grudgingly sided with the Constitution.
But they seemed anxious to provide instructions to Obama and his henchmen on how to get around it. Justice Alito wrote the majority opinion and suggested that the administration could simply pay for contraception — or could make insurers do it — two simple ways to render the Constitution useless. But why not? The Obamacare law is unconstitutional to begin with and had to be rewritten from the Bench to pass. And how is it that a simple Amendment — such as “freedom of religion” can only get 5 out of 9 votes? What will happen when companies run afoul of homosexuals on some Obamacare issue? What will the High Court rule when Muslims – who’ve conducted a war on women for generations — object to something based on the First Amendment?
