The Unabomber should be so proud of his fellow environmentalists right about now. Look at what they accomplished. Obama has seen the Republicans; “Benghazi” and raised the bet with his “Climate Action Plan.” But it gets better. Far left Obama adviser John Podesta has warned that Obama will implement his plan [without consent of the Congress] and that he cannot be stopped.

Best of all, the Associated Press has put its finest “science writer” on the story: Seth Borenstein. So we know we’ll get an unbiased accounting. Well, no. Borenstein is the national Chicken Little when it comes to the Church of Climate Change.

He is all-in, hook, line, and sinker.

It’s kind of like a court reporter covering a murder case with his mind already made up, and only reports half the testimony. But it’s worse than that in the case of Seth Borenstein. He hasn’t merely decided that climate change is real; he’s an open advocate. Such a person should be assigned to cover the ladies’ Garden Show – but he should be nowhere near a story on which he is a political partisan and everyone knows it.

We watched the network news last night to see how the story would be handled. An info-babe whose name we did not get provided the package on ABC’s World News with Dianne Sawyer. She gushed out the administration/liberal line, but was particularly giddy that President Obama (an obvious hero to her) asked HER a question his news conference. Trying not to hurl, we checked out CBS and NBC and found nothing much different.

What happened to the skepticism that journalists are supposed to have – and to be born with? Wouldn’t you think that just one network might have done a second package explaining the other side of this story? Well, CNN’s Reliable Sources did a segment recently that suggested no coverage – ever – of anyone who disagrees with the church of climate change. That’s pretty much where we are.

Some suggestions for LOCAL assignment editors since the network news is failing us:

• A story about scientists that disagree with the 97 percent
• A story about RESULTS we should expect for spending all this money
• A story about how the SUN controls climate change
• A story about Seth Borenstein and media bias on this issue
• A story about the event formerly known as “the coming ice age”
• A story about polar bears and how they are not endangered
• A story about the ice caps that are still here
• A story about Al Gore’s and Barack Obama’s use of jet airplanes
• A story about the utter failure of ethanol with regard to carbon emissions

I could go on, but you get the point. I want to you to understand this: IF WE SPEND BILLIONS OF DOLLARS ON THIS ISSUE, WE WILL GET NOTHING IN RETURN. Suppose, for the sake of argument that Obama succeeds in lowering the average temperature. By how much can he accomplish this god-like feat? Perhaps half of a degree? Maybe one full degree? And how will this stop global warming or climate change or climate disruption or even the coming ice age?

Even if we all bought in to the myth, there is little we can do that would have any appreciable effect. So what is this REALLY about? We believe that President Obama’s Social Justice agenda is relying on crisis situations as determined by liberals.

CRISIS #1: Not enough people have healthcare. SOLUTION: Obamacare. RESULT:
Domestic redistribution of wealth.

CRISIS #2: Climate change. SOLUTION: Obama’s Climate Action Plan. RESULT: Global redistribution of wealth.

Climate change amounts to the biggest lie of a generation perpetrated by liberal politicians, malleable scientists on the take for grant money and acceptance from their peers, and useful idiots in the media like Seth Borenstein. It’s not science; it’s a made up crisis that is too good to waste. Take a stand!
